Getting Married within 90 Days?

  • No need to wait! Our team is here to make your day incredible. We will provide recommendations for local caterers, florists, assist with finding you a gown and/or suit/tuxedo rentals, and photographer.
    • Friday: $2950
    • Saturday: $3475
    • Sunday: $2295

We'll Take Care of It!

  • No time to plan, set-up or tear-down? No problem! Utilize our day-of coordinator packages and our staff will manage on-site details. 
    • Packages range from $750-$2000

Mercantile Hall features a warm welcome + reception area with a "WOW" feature wall (showing a couple's engagement photo or specialty logo), an exhibition kitchen to wow all of your foodie friends, and has the warm vintage look of exposed brick and hardwood floors. We offer assistance personalizing your event with packages that will help you create the look and feel unique to you and your fiance. We have the Hampton Inn within walking distance for your out of town guests, and parking couldn't be easier with the parking garage located across the street. All you need to do is celebrate.

    OUR PROCESS

    Introduction: Reach out to us and let us know you're interested in Merc Hall, along with your preferred date. You can do so by clicking the "Reserve Space" button above.

    Vision Share: We invite you in to share your vision. And don't worry if that isn't fully formed, we can help bring that to light by asking questions to ensure we bring the your personality, interests, and history to the event.

    Agreement: We will provide you with a summary of the services we provide, and transparent pricing (no hidden costs unless you change your plan or vision, or decide that you want to add something on later). We will email you the contract to review & sign digitally (no faxing or stamps required). Once we receive the signed agreement and deposit, you have yourself a venue! 

    Design Meeting + Planning: We will schedule a Design Meeting with you to review your timeline, understand the partners you have selected, and help answer any questions you have. We provide you with your own client login for communication and idea sharing. We can also share a floor plan template, if you'd like to play with your table placement. Our software even allows you to enter your guest list and build your ideal guest seating chart!.

    Execution: We will be there during set-up to assist with items discussed during planning (along with your Wedding Planner if you hired one) to ensure a fabulous event.

    Follow-up: We value every single client we work with and will follow up with you to ensure you had an amazing event. We are giddy when we receive referrals! When you send a friend our way and they book an event with us, we will send you a visa cash card as a token of our appreciation. We love that you are extending the circle of love.
