SILVER PACKAGE:

Set-up at Mercantile Hall through 8 pm

This package is excellent if you have a full day of obligations, and want assurance that your setup is taken care of and your personal needs are tended to during the majority of your event.

  • Complete set-up of your room including table numbers, linens & napkins, centerpieces as needed, place settings, reception area décor, etc. Coordinator will follow your instruction to set the room according to your vision, or can assist you with determining how to utilize what you have to maximize the decor for the space.

  • Provide vendor recommendations

  • Assist florist with arrangement & décor placement

  • Meet Photographer on-site prior to event to conduct walk through to familiarize them with the space, lighting, and photo opportunities

  • On point to coordinate with Caterer for load-in, set-up, and tear-down

  • Be available for arrival of Band or DJ, for load-in and set-up

  • Staff on-site from set-up through 8:00 pm to assist the couple, bridal party, and family as needed

  • Assist with cake cutting, as necessary

  • Check-in with vendors 2 week prior to event to confirm obligations and plan

 

PLATINUM PACKAGE (our most popular package):

Set-up at Mercantile Hall through 1:00 am tear-down

This package allows the couple, family & friends to have a stress-free party with set-up and clean-up handled on your behalf.

  • Day of Coordinator to meet with couple for one hour planning meeting within first three months of booking to jump start your planning process and provide vendor recommendations

  • Menu Scroll completed with professional, custom calligraphy design ($100 value)

  • Brick wall up-lighting package included ($100 value)

  • Assist florist with décor on day of wedding as requested

  • Meet Photographer on-site prior to event to conduct walk through to familiarize them with the space, lighting, and photo opportunities

  • On point to coordinate with Caterer for load-in, set-up, and tear-down

  • Be available for arrival of Band or DJ, for load-in, set-up, and tear-down

  • Designated Staff members on-site from set-up through wedding guests’ exit at 12:00 am, available to assist the couple, bridal party, and family as needed

  • Ensure cake cutting is prepped and executed in the event caterer or bakery is no longer on-site

  • Check-in with vendors 2 weeks prior to event to confirm obligations and plan

  • Completes tear-down on your behalf to ensure that all personal belongings are collected and given to the designated recipient that evening or the next morning at a prearranged time & takes responsibility for leaving Hall in excellent condition with all tear-down requirements handled

  • Staff on-site until 1:00 am to assist with pick up of furniture & other rentals

 

DIAMOND PACKAGE

Set-up at Mercantile Hall through 1:00 am tear-down PLUS on-site ceremony rehearsal coordination day of rehearsal. 

This package, available to on-site ceremony couples, expands your day-of team to ensure details for each component of your wedding are handled (rehearsal, set-up, event, tear-down & clean-up).

-Day of Coordinator to meet with couple for one hour planning meeting within first three months of booking to jump start your planning process, helps provide vendor recommendations

-Set up of rehearsal for ceremony and assists with ceremony walk through coordinating wedding party and family members so that everyone is comfortable

-Assists with Rehearsal Dinner Suggestions & Reservation o Coordinates with Officiant

-2 Additional hours to get ready in the morning
